The need for disinfecting products is constantly increasing. From individual components to ready-to-use products, imeco offers everything from a single source.

RTU bags

Rolls of wipes in a bucket are often used for professional cleaning services. The ready-to-use bag allows you to avoid burdensome preparation and refilling tasks. Just cut open the bag and place it in the bucket, pull the first wipe through the removal slot and you are ready to go. If you don't want to use a bucket, then simply take advantage of our ready-to-use plus system with a removal slot integrated into the bag. Depending on your needs and applications, we will gladly manufacture rolls of wipes for you that feature the corresponding nonwoven fabric qualities and sizes.

Washing cloths (wet)

Our wet washing cloths are an ideal solution for convenient and hygienic cleaning. They are used in doctor's offices, nursing homes and private residences where care is administered. But they can also be used for cleaning purposes, for example when cleaning the rims of wheels. Available in packaging sizes of 8, 10 or 12.

We produce disinfecting wipes in buckets for a hygienic removal of individual wipes. Depending on your needs and applications, they are also available as dry rolls of wipes that can be saturated with a disinfecting agent or as saturated rolls of wipes in bags (ready to use).

Especially in times like these, life without ready-to-use disinfecting wipes that come in containers for a hygienic removal of the individual wipes seems unthinkable. Depending on your needs and applications, we also offer the ready-to-use wipes with a provided disinfectant.

We manufacture wet cloths made of nonwoven fabrics in different sizes and for different areas of applications that are saturated with the appropriate fluids. They come with a convenient resealable label, meaning that they can be stored and are ready for use down to the last wipe.

Compresses for wounds

Both sides of our compresses for wounds can be placed on a wound. They absorb fluids and are designed so that they are unlikely to stick to the wound. They are used in first aid – primarily in first aid kits found in businesses or vehicles.

Compresses for eyes

Compresses for eyes are also in direct contact with a wound. They absorb fluids and are designed so that they are unlikely to stick to the wound. They can be applied to an eye with an eyepatch or suitable tape, and you can find them in corporate first aid kits or in doctor's offices.

Covering systems for surgeries

Our covering systems for surgeries consist of different individual components that we assemble according to your needs and applications. Upon request, we also offer individual sets. Our covering sheets are available in sterile (ETO sterilisation) and non-sterile versions.

Emergency blankets

We manufacture standard as well as specially developed nonwoven fabrics solutions that are used for first aid. Our product range not only includes emergency blankets, but also sterile gauzes or triangular bandages. Our emergency blankets meet the standards of DIN 13164.
