Machine operator (m/f/o) - Königswalde

For more than 30 years, we have specialised in the production of technologically sophisticated, top-quality nonwoven materials. We develop and manufacture custom solutions for well-known customers in the fields of medicine, cleaning, cosmetics and technology and serve domestic and international trade and industry in greater Europe.

We currently employ a staff of about 200 in our head office in Goldbach near Aschaffenburg as well as in our plants in Königswalde (Saxony) and Luban (Poland).

For our production facility in Königswalde (and the in Elterlein following the relocation there in 2022) we are looking for a

machine operator (m/f/o)

(full-time, 3-shift operation)

The following tasks await you:

  • Responsible, independent work in a motivated team
  • Independent operation of state-of-the-art production machines for nonwoven fabric processing incl. retrofitting and configuration for different articles
  • Independent operation of production plants for the manufacture of medical products under clean room conditions
  • Quality checks and recordkeeping of quality documents
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of production processes
  • Performing minor repair and maintenance tasks on the production machines

We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • Completed technical training (machine/plant operator, mechatronics engineer, electrician, mechanic or similar)
  • Several years of practical experience in technical or production departments
  • Experience with manufacturing medical and hygiene products in clean room conditions preferable
  • A very good technical understanding and the ability to grasp things quickly
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation and in a team
  • Ability to work and act independently, diligently and responsibly
  • Reliable, durable, flexible, organisational skills and very good communication skills

Manager Regulatory Affairs & Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance (m/f/o) - Goldbach

As soon as possible, for our head office in Goldbach, we are looking for a

Manager Regulatory Affairs & Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance (m/f/o)

(full-time, open-ended position)

The following tasks await you:

  • Creation, updating, checking and submission of approval documents
  • Registration and administration of medical products via DIMDI/EUDAMED as well as communication with authorities and notified bodies
  • Completion of the cross-plant "PRRC" function according to the MDR
  • Regulatory support for the new development or further developments of hygiene and medical products
  • Support for internal and external audits (especially ISO 13485, MDR)
  • Preparation and administration of product files (especially technical documentation, risk management ISO 14971, declaration of conformity) of Class I, I(s), II a and b medical products
  • Regulatory management of biocides, cosmetic products and articles of daily use
  • Monitoring and implementation of regulatory changes, market surveillance (PMS) and vigilance
  • Evaluation of our quality management system to ensure it is in compliance with national and international laws, regulations, guidelines and standards
  • If necessary, notification of the authorities
  • Point of contact for regulatory questions for colleagues and business partners

We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • Pharmaceutical or corresponding scientific degree (if possible a doctorate) or a comparable qualification
  • Beneficial: Experience with disinfectants and experience in the fields of medical technology and hygiene
  • Knowledge of national and international (with a focus on the EU) approval-relevant regulations and laws for hygiene and medical products as well as for biocides, cosmetic products and
  • articles of daily use
  • Several years of regulatory affairs experience, especially for medical products up to at least Class IIa
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a structured and efficient manner
  • Pronounced team spirit and ability to work closely with the quality management and product development departments
  • Excellent communicator, reliable and courteous, especially also in the role of cross-plant PRRC
  • Hands-on mindset
  • Willingness to travel for work occasionally

  • Planning, preparation and execution of chemical, physical and microbiological analyses as well as tests in the area of quality assurance
  • Sampling and inspection of incoming goods as well as semi-finished and finished goods
  • Quality assurance during production (releases and blockings)
  • Hygiene monitoring
  • Elaboration of work and test instructions as well as test methods
  • Cooperation in test equipment management incl. qualification and validation
  • Calibration of analysis and measuring equipment

Erfahrener Produktentwickler (m/w/d) - Goldbach

Wir sind seit mehr als 30 Jahren auf die Herstellung und Veredelung qualitativ hochwertiger trockener und feuchter Vliesstoffprodukte spezialisiert. Wir entwickeln und produzieren maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für namhafte Kunden in den Bereichen Medizin, Kosmetik, Reinigung, Desinfektion und Technik – sowohl national als auch international – im Großraum Europa.

Derzeit beschäftigen wir insgesamt rund 200 Mitarbeiter an unserem Hauptsitz in Goldbach bei Aschaffenburg sowie in unseren Werken in Königswalde (Sachsen) und in Luban (Polen).

Für den Bereich Innovation & Entwicklung in unserer Zentrale in Goldbach suchen wir eine/n:

Erfahrener Produktentwickler (m, w, d)

Schwerpunkt Hygiene- und Medizinprodukte (Vollzeit, unbefristet)

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Entwicklung neuer Produkte mit Schwerpunkt Hygiene- und Medizinprodukte, sowie Kosmetika und Bedarfsgegenstände
  • Produktentwicklung vom Prototypen bis zur Serienreife, inklusive erforderlicher Entwicklungs-Dokumentation als Input für Produkt-Zulassungen (Spezifikationen, Dokumente für die Herstellung, Stabilitätsdaten etc.)
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Validierungen zur Produktverifizierung/- bewertung
  • Begleitung und Überwachung der Markteinführung und anschließender Serienbetreuung
  • Umsetzung Norm-konformer Entwicklungsprozesse im Rahmen der Zertifizierung als Hersteller unter MDR und BPR, sowie Kosmetikverordnung
  • Koordination von Labordienstleistungs-, Kooperations- und Entwicklungspartnern, insbesondere im Bereich Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmittel
  • Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Regulatory Affairs, Qualitätssicherung, Technik und Vertrieb zur Erfüllung behördlicher und normativer Vorgaben bzw. Kundenanforderungen
  • Unterstützung in Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Patentrecherche

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Bereich Chemie, Biochemie oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung), gerne mit Promotion
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion und Produktbereich
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Hygiene- und Medizinprodukten vorwiegend aus Vliesstoffen, sowie deren regulatorische und gesetzliche Anforderungen
  • Chemische Expertise im Bereich Wirkstoffe und Formulierungen für Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmittel, Kosmetika
  • Belastbare Erfahrung im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung in der Anwendung der ISO 13485, MDR, BPR, sowie weiterer relevanter Richtlinien
  • Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in MS-Teams
  • Ausgesprochen selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Kreativität und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft
