Idea

Do you need a very specific product made of nonwoven fabric, textiles or composite materials for a specific application but cannot find the right solution anywhere? No problem. We will support you every step of the way to turn your idea into reality.

Requirements analysis

Working with you, our team of experienced experts will prepare a requirements analysis in which we will assess whether your idea meets your needs and can be implemented.

Consultation

In 35 years, we have made many things happen that seemed to be impossible at first glance. Using this experience and our extensive know-how, we will advise you throughout the entire process.

Prototyping

Once the planning and development phase has been completed, we really get going. If necessary, we make use of our own mechanical engineering department for our PerFitS. It will adapt our machines to your product idea or even develop and build a completely new machine.

Regulatory quality and approval requirements

If the prototype is a success and you are satisfied with it, then we will also take care of the regulatory quality and approval requirements.

Production

Your product is working well, it has been approved and now just waiting to be put into use. As soon as you give us the green light, we will begin its production.

Packaging

Obviously, your new product also needs a user-friendly and environmentally friendly packaging. Here, too, you can count on our experience and material-specific expertise.

Market launch

We assist you with the product launch and will then continue to support you throughout the entire life cycle of the product. This means that we will continually optimise your product and constantly adapt it to changing market requirements.
